The team of highly experienced, well educated individuals within our technical department is central to the solutions and services that MMC offers. Through constantly keeping up-to-date with future technologies our technical team work hand-in-hand with our account managers to deliver outsourced IT solutions that effectively maximise our client’s IT infrastructure performance and overall business profitability.

Beyond ensuring accurate accounting and secure record keeping within MMC, our administrative department facilitates the smooth running of our internal client management systems and processes.

Our IT Service Desk is governed by the ITIL Service Management Framework and provides clients with an on-demand telephonic support service, as well as acting as the entry point from where advanced client support queries are distributed to our technical team.
